The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
a) Non-compliance with applicable legislation:
• Some decorative images may lack adequate alternative text (WCAG 2.1 – Criterion 1.1.1).
• Some embedded third-party content (Google Maps, YouTube videos) may not be fully accessible (WCAG 2.1 – Criterion 1.2.1).
• The contrast ratio of certain graphic elements may not meet minimum values in all contexts (WCAG 2.1 – Criterion 1.4.3).
b) Disproportionate burden: Some archived multimedia content may lack subtitles or text transcriptions, as their retroactive production would represent a disproportionate burden pursuant to Article 5 of EU Directive 2016/2102.
3. Measures taken
The following measures have been adopted to improve the accessibility of the website:
a) Use of semantic HTML structure with hierarchical headings (h1–h6), ARIA landmarks, and skip navigation links.
b) Alternative text (alt attribute) for informative images.
c) Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
d) Responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels up to 200%.
e) Labels associated with all form fields in the contact, registration, and application forms.
f) A “Skip to content” link present on every page.

In the event of an unsatisfactory response or no response within 30 days of the report, the user may submit a complaint to the Digital Ombudsman, established at the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID), using the form available at www.agid.gov.it.
