Production Chain
Integrated process and quality control
Accessori Val Vibrata operates through a fully integrated production chain, in which the main operational phases are managed internally and coordinated according to a structured industrial logic.
The manufacturing process develops through interconnected phases: design and technical engineering, stamping and casting, CNC machining, surface treatments, electroplating, PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) and final quality control.
Each phase is planned according to the technical specifications of the materials used and the required performance, with continuous monitoring of production parameters and full traceability of operations. Internal integration enables the reduction of external variables, technical coordination between departments, qualitative continuity, batch uniformity, operational stability and time control.
The ability to manage stamping and casting processes, CNC, galvanic and PVD surface treatments represents a distinctive element of the production system, ensuring direct control over the entire cycle and long-term technical reliability.
Quality control is integrated into every phase of the production process, from raw material verification to the final inspection of the finished component.
Mechanical operations undergo dimensional checks and tolerance control. Electroplating and PVD treatments are monitored through process parameter control and adhesion testing.
Every batch is tracked and documented according to structured internal procedures.
The integrated approach ensures uniformity across production batches, compliance with technical specifications and long-term performance stability.
